TIP: When considering weight limitations, consider if multiple children will ever be on it at once!
Even though Lily & River and Sprouts Kids are both making a very similar product both in design and function, they have different recommended ages for use. This difference is a result of the materials used and small design variances between the two triangles. As you can see below, the Sprouts Kids triangle has a much older upper age limit than the Lily & River because of the ability to hold more weight. The ability to hold more weight (or not) may be something to consider depending on how long you think your child will be using it. If you have (or will have) multiple children of different ages, there may be instances when the older child is playing with or climbing on the Pikler Triangle along with the younger child even if they normally do not.
