Nuna car seats are made in China.
Most car seats are made in China. However, we feel better about buying Nuna products for many reasons, including their manufacturing processes. According to their website:
Nuna products are mindfully manufactured in our factory that is ISO 14001-certified. Why is ISO 14001 significant? Companies that become ISO 14001-certified have proven that they have implemented environmental management systems that work to holistically control environmental issues that naturally arise during the manufacturing process. In short it means that Nuna has implemented the use of solar power, exhaust water treatment and recycling programs that work to reduce waste created from plastics and packaging in our manufacturing processes. While all these initiatives are worthwhile individually, Nuna strives to continually improve the overall systems that we have in place to maintain our position on the cutting edge of environmentally conscious production and design.
Nuna strollers are also made in China, similar to their car seats.
