Our Review -Follain EveryBody Bar Soap:
First and foremost, we love the clean ingredients of this bar soap. The soap has a light, lovely scent, but doesn’t linger on the skin once you get out of the shower. The Follain bar soap has a great lather – those of you that have tried non-toxic bath products knows that this can be hard to find in a non-toxic soap! The amount of suds this bar soap actually caught us off guard!
We found that this soap strikes the perfect balance between leaving the skin feel squeaky clean, but without stripping it. It definitely moisturizes and doesn’t leave the skin feeling dry.
Due to the sudsy and moisturizing properties, we did use the Follain bar soap for shaving, as suggested on their website, and it worked great! It prevent knicks, but didn’t clog up our razor either! We love a multi-purpose product!
We also used the Follain bar soap for washing our face. We learned the hard way that you really don’t need a lot! Did we mention it makes a lot of suds!?
After using this soap daily in our household for about a month (which includes multiple people), the bar has hardly changed in size. Despite how well this soap lathers up, we were surprised that the bar didn’t noticeably shrink. We know that this bar of soap will last us a while!

Our Review -Follain Everything Soap:
The Follain brand of hand soap is called the Everything Soap because it can be used for more than just hand washing. Similar to all the Follain branded products, we like the fact that this contains clean ingredients. There is no added Fragrance, which is often found in traditional hand soaps.
We have the Lemongrass scent, which reminds us of the smell of Lemonheads (the candy). The scent lingers on the hands for a while (at least 30 minutes).
The Follain Everything Soap lathers nicely and leaves our hands feeling clean. It isn’t drying either!
This soap has a luxurious feel and fits in nicely among Anthropologie’s offerings. This soap would make a great addition to a gift-basket for a housewarming gift!
We also like that this soap comes in 38oz refill bottles to help reduce plastic.

Our Review -Follain Lip Balm:
Our favorite thing about the Follain Lip balm is the clean ingredients it’s made from. The top two primary ingredients are coconut oil and beeswax. You won’t find “fragrance” on the ingredient list, which is an ingredient we like to avoid. However, there is a scent. To us, it smells like a herbal tea – probably due to the Chamomile Flower Oil the product contains. We’ve read some reviews where people describe it as “outdoorsy”, which we can also understand. We do get hints of “forrest”, but the scent is really hard to describe! We love it though!
This is a lip balm that we feel safe letting our young child use (because, inevitably, young children like to mimic what we do!).
We like the chunky packaging of the Follain lip balm. It makes it easy to spot in our purse. [Related: Mom Purse Essentials]
The lip balm applies effortlessly and keeps our lips hydrated for a long time.
